I am contacting you to inform you of two individuals behind the deli counter whom my mother called me about in tears because they were making fun of her surgery scar on her neck from having thyroid CANCER. This infuriated me that I can’t go there myself and not only educate them but give them a few scars of their own. I suggest you train your employees on proper customer service before they say something to someone who takes action. DISGRACEFUL!
